At the heart of the proposals are new homes.
At present we are proposing a mixture of studio, one bed, two bed and three bed homes. Whilst the exact numbers are still being finalised we will ensure a compliant mix of different sizes of apartment. All the new homes will meet or exceed the relevant standards for overall space, outdoor space etc and all will exceed the environmental standards that are required.
In total there will be around 300 new homes.
We know that affordable housing is important and we will be offering the maximum number of affordable homes that the building can provide in a combination of shared ownership and affordable rent tenures.
